Refund policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and this policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are applicable.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received a wrong product (different from the one ordered).
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products.
Items without original packaging or labels.
Products purchased under discounts, promotions, or clearance sales (unless defective or wrong).
3. Return Process
You must raise a return request by contacting us at lungtatechnologies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product (if damaged/defective).
Once approved, instructions for pickup or return shipping will be provided.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
In case the product is not available for replacement, a full refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
6. Responsibility
Since we do not manufacture or store products ourselves, returns and refunds are subject to approval from our fulfillment partner third party shopify app. However, we will assist you throughout the process to ensure a smooth resolution.
